The International Tourism Exhibition (FITUR) has been taking place at IFEMA since 1980 and is one of the biggest in the world. It is held for 5 days in January, making it the first annual appointment for professionals in the tourism sector. The first 3 days of FITUR are for visiting professionals and the weekend is opened up to the general public.
