Since it first started in 1974, the Nürnberg Messe has not stopped growing. It now takes up three times as much space as it did at first. In addition to its 16 pavilions, it has the Nürnberg Convention Centre.

Travelling from the airport to the door of the venue takes 20 minutes on the U2 and U1 metro lines up to the Messe stop. The U1 also goes to the central train station, so connecting is easy.
